CPN owns and manages 30 shopping centers with a net leasable area of over 1 million sq.m. CPN’s retail centers are all located in Thailand with 10 situated in Bangkok’s Metropolitan Area and 16 in the province. CPN has set its sight to construct a total of 33 malls by 2016.

CPN owns hotels in Pattaya and Udonthani to compliment and add value to our shopping complexes where we see potential to attract tourists both Thailand international.
CPN also designs mixed-use complexes integrating office, hotel and convention center functions to compliment our shopping centers. CPN’s 7 office buildings are all integrated within our retail complexes. This integration strategy has been very successful since it maximizes people traffic everyday of the week into our shopping centers and creates high occupancy rate at our offices.
