CPN currently has plans to develop 5 shopping centers and 1 office tower in the next 3 years. These developments will be strategically located in high traffic area and will cater to mid-to-high purchasing power customers. The selected development sites are located in Bangkok, Pattaya, Chonburi and KhonKaen (Northeastern part of Thailand). The shopping centers will be developed into either a “Plaza” or a "Festival" format depending on specific location demand.
