CPN is Thailand’s largest retail developer with 15 shopping centers, 5 office buildings and 2 residential condominiums. Our 15 retail malls are strategically located in high-populated area and close to public transportation facility to generate high people traffic into our centers. CPN also designs mixed-use complexes integrating office, hotel and convention center functions to compliment our shopping centers. CPN’s 5 office buildings are all integrated within our retail complexes. This integration strategy has been very successful since it maximizes people traffic everyday of the week into our shopping centers and creates high occupancy rate at our offices.

CPN's latest development project, CentralWorld shopping complex, the largest and most pre-eminent mixed-use property in the heart of Bangkok, is designed to be the most modern retail landmark in Southeast Asia. When completed in 2006, The CentralWorld shopping complex features over 300,000 sqm of world-class shopping center offering a diverse selection of anchor stores, retail shops, restaurants and state-of-the-art entertainment; 80,000 sqm of premium grade office tower; a convention center and meeting complex of 17,000 sqm complementing a 500-room five-star deluxe hotel,

As part of its long-term strategy of continuous property development, CPN has its sight set on eight major projects by 2011 in Thailand and overseas. These include shopping centers in Bangkok at Rama 9 Road and Chaengwattana Road, and in the cities of Khon Kaen, Chon Buri and Pattaya.
